When you eat it, you put yourself on an energetic rollercoaster of extreme ups and downs throughout the day. In this workshop, we discuss the health risks caused by excessive sugar intake and how to overcome sweet cravings without willpower or deprivation. Your health and life will radically change once you understand how to maintain balance in your body through nourishing whole foods. You can get off the rollercoaster for good.

    Learn how to create delicious, balanced meals in minutes with fresh, organic, whole foods. The Cooking Party is designed for busy New Yorkers in need of simple and satisfying culinary solutions. Nourish your body and soul as you learn about seasonal foods and their healing properties in the company of community. This class will leave you inspired to cook at home and bring conscious eating and vibrant health into your kitchen. Come hungry and leave happy with a sated belly.     Explore the physical, mental and sensual benefits of eating intuitively. Your health and energy will blossom as you learn to approach nutrition with balance, flexibility, creativity and mindfulness.

      Creating Your Wellness Survival Kit… A Day of Play
      Can you name five things you would like to be doing for your own personal wellness? Join other creative souls for a day of wild expression. Together we explore how we get off track and how to get back on and stay on. Tracy Gary invites your inner artist to spend an afternoon with other peaceful warriors creating your personal Spiritual First Aid Kit. Tap into your own wellspring of ideas for gracefully and powerfully dancing through change, identify areas where you need support and develop tools to help you stay on your path. Art supplies provided. Bring a box and a few favorite or symbolic keepsakes.

    Do you find the health food store confusing and overwhelming? Are there items or even aisles you just skip because you are unsure of how to prepare certain foods? In this comprehensive tour of the health food store you will learn to navigate the aisles with ease and restock your cabinets with only the most wholesome ingredients. During this two-hour tour you will gain mastery over whole foods shopping. Tips on healthy and seasonal eating, book suggestions, reference materials and recipes will be provided.
